We collect your email address, preferred language (English or Spanish), and your consent to receive waitlist updates. If recorded by the signup service, a consent timestamp is also stored.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage the Oruvi waitlist and email you about launch and early access. The basis for this processing is your consent. Joining is optional.
Withdrawal and deletion
You can withdraw your consent or request deletion at any time by contacting oruviwaitlist@oruvi.com. Any unsubscribe option included in an email can also be used. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew consent.
Retention and your rights
We keep waitlist data only while it is needed for launch communications or until you withdraw consent. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also contact your data protection authority, including the AEPD in Spain.
Service providers
If hosting or email service providers process waitlist data for us, their roles and any relevant international transfers will be identified here before collection starts. We do not sell waitlist information.
